Velocity is located on the Somerset levels at Blakeway and has 3 waters on the complex .all of our waters are stocked with top quality fish and the venue is set in beautiful surroundings.
Our different waters offer a variety of angling experiences from the seriously challenging Silverwood, to the runs water of Oakdene and onto the fun Pearl Pool.
We believe in keeping carp fishing real , believe in true specimen angling as it used to be . So if you want to enjoy the challenge of carp fishing in quiet peaceful surroundings, not full of anglers every day, then velocity is the perfect venue. |

We always strive to continue to improve Velocity both in the quality of the fishing and in the facilities it offers. This season will see an additional stocking of Silverwood ,the venue secured with otter fencing and the construction of a facilities building including toilets and showers.
We also believe in preventing the spread of disease and provide all anglers who visit the venue with full carp care equipment .We do not allow anyone to bring their own onto the Velocity complex.
Velocity also maintains close links with the Godney Moor waters controlled by Shane Alway the former owner of Velocity.
